All classes will last approximately ½ hour.
Basic samples will be served, and chefs will be available to answer
questions and give hands on help following each class.

Special product discounts also available to all attendees.

CHEF BIOGRAPHIES

Chef Ken Migneault  
Chef Ken Migneault Chef Ken Migneault brings his 20 plus years of culinary excellence to Heritage Catering, Dixie Center's caterer du jor. Southern Utah is very lucky that Chef Migneault chose to make his home here in our red-dirt desert. Chef Migneault has worked in some of the top luxury resorts in the country such as the Miraval in Tucson Arizona. An avid outdoors enthusiast Chef Migneault enjoys mountain biking on the areas many trails or fishing for trout in the local lakes and streams. Chef Migneault is also a member of Zion K-9 search and rescue group. Ken along with his beloved black lab Tick believe in giving service to the community they love.
 
Chef April Ashcrof  
Chef April Ashcroft Chef April Ashcrof is a health enthusiast and educator of plant based nutrition. She has been studying nutrition for 25 years and has been preparing 100% plant based meals for her and her family for over 20 years. In 2010 she earned a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University's e-cornell online certification program. April has published her cookbook Whole Food Goodness that can be purchased on her blog www.health4lifecooking.blogspot.com
 
Chef Hal Lange
Chef Hal Lange Chef Hal Lange was born in New York and experienced most of his childhood in the Philippines. After that he went from one place to another and learned about the foods in each of those places. Hal loves to cook, travel and teach others how to prepare a variety of international, vegetarian and gluten-free meals. He spent 4 years as a Trader Joe's Lead Food Demonstrator and will take you around the world through the kitchens of various countries to savor, taste and experience the wonders of their foods. Chef Lacey Berry
Chef Lacey Berry Chef Lacey Berry loves the sounds, smells, images, and tastes of cooking. Growing up around a mother and grandmother who loved to cook and for whom every-day home cooked meals included multiple vegetable dishes, homemade rolls, and myriad fresh-baked desserts with plenty of room for a pint-sized assistant at their sides, Lacey always felt at home in a kitchen. Lacey is the executive chef of L’EQUIP, and has become the face of BOSCH Kitchen Centers through her weekly cooking shows on KCSG.
